Happy Friday! Being that my blog week finishes out the month of April, I thought it would be fun to leave you with some garden inspiration photos for the week-end. As a week-end challenge, I’d like you to wander around your area taking time to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Spring. You can take pictures or simply take notes on some of the color combinations you see and share them on a card or project.

I took a walk around my yard to see what is finally popping up after a long winter. I have purple tulips which haven’t quiet opened, I love the deep rich color. I also have Magnolias which are in a beautiful delicate state just about to blossom. And I also have some Grape Hyacinth with their lovely bluish grape blooms. Can you tell my favorite combination is purple and green? I just can’t wait till my English Lavender comes up.
