This was the second project we’d made at my In Colour club. Like any Christmas card, the main elements are red, green, and gold. Well … in this instance it’s Old Olive, Dusty Durango, and Crushed Curry!…

Ahhhhh, my first class featuring a Christmas card! It’s totally mailable (nice and flat) and features a wonderful colour combination that is totally Christmassy yet still bold and bright. What do you think?

This was Octobers Fun Fold project! I chose to make a “Joy Fold” card. I’ve made them before and I really like this fold. It’s fun, it’s easy and it has such a wow factor (once the recipient figures out how to open it, hehe!)….

This is my October stamp club’s technique project! We did a technique called Vitalized Vellum which really creates quite a subtle background.

On yesterday’s card, I’d asked if anyone could tell me the difference between the two main panels other than the colours!

Dar got it right! The little snowman on the left of the each main panel has his head turned different ways….

I meant to post this yesterday but time ran away on me as my parents arrived for a few days! Perhaps I’ll have time to stamp this week, perhaps not, we’ll see :) Anyways, this was my stamp clubs technique project. I actually showed two different techniques, one of which I’m not sure they’d all do ever again, hee hee! The main technique was the Faux Alligator technique — a really easy, really neat technique!…

Wow, I cannot believe how fast the summer flew by … we took a summer break with the stamp club and it came up sooooooooooooo quick again! This was our “JBIW” project, the project where I just make whatever I feel like ;) I used Diana’s colour challenge as well as the sketch from Pals Paper Arts. I’ve meant to participate in the challenges from both for a little bit now, but hadn’t had the time ……
