Today I thought I’d lighten the mood with a man-ly combination of blue and orange on a die cut tag card using the oval sketch HERE. This color scheme reminds me of boys and summer, birthday parties and ball games, fun colors for fun kids. With a little simple resist inking over the bicycles, a quick message and a button with string, before I knew it I had myself a card. Take a look.

Hi Everyone! Shari here to bring you a week of MAN-ly cards using this month’s challenge sketches. Now you would think making masculine cards would be easy for me being that I am surrounded by men in my home… but this girl is used to using flowers, bows and pretty little details.
When I think of masculine cards, the first thing that comes to mind are colors like browns, blues and naturals. For today’s card, I wanted to focus on texture and pattern….
